29 Days

I don’t know if anyone is paying attention to my Marathon {mentioned here &here} countdown on the right side toolbar of my blog BUT I have 29 days!!! Ekkk… We are in our 10th week of training and I am hurting. I have so far had a left knee injury and currently, pulled right hip flexor. I haven’t got in ALL the running I was supposed to and am pretty worried about the race. I just downloaded an audio book “Heaven is for Real” and am set to attempt a 14 mile run in T-minus 15 minutes. Just took my first goo-pack and and hoping my hip flexor pain disappears as I run. :) If I don’t get the whole 14 miles in I am going to stick to this moto found on my Pinterest….

Slow and steady here I go!
